Poster Presenters

Posters will be displayed for the full duration of the conference.

• Set-up: Monday 14 July before 5:00 PM
• Pack down: Thursday 17 July by lunchtime. All posters still in place after this time will be disposed of.

Please note that we are unable to assist with the storing, freight, and packing down of any posters.

POSTER SESSION

The Evening Poster Session is on Monday, 14 July from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM, and authors are required to be in attendance to discuss their poster. Drinks and light refreshments will be provided.

The Morning Poster Session is on Thursday, 17 July from 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM and is a second opportunity for poster presenters to share their research and for delegates to be able to ask questions about their work. 

For poster presenters: if you wish to be eligible for an award, it is in your best interest to attend both poster sessions to be judged.

Please note that poster presenters will have a white coloured lanyard to differentiate between presenters.
