The NSW DPIRD is dedicated to growing primary industries and supporting regional economic development. The department works with industry and community to implement policies and programs that protect, support, and develop our primary industries and regional communities. The Aquatic Biosecurity Programs manages marine and freshwater pests and diseases throughout NSW.
