Maxine is s a political scientist working to understand how and why environmental politics and networks of communication transform policymaking. Maxine and Pedro are working on the RRAP Regulatory Subprogram. The regulatory team aims to help develop a robust and enabling regulatory environment for reef restoration and adaptation, and a world-leading regulatory and policy best-practice for reef adaption and restoration.
