Jackie joined RMIT in 2018 as a senior research scientist with the Aquatic Environmental Stress (AQUEST) Research group led by Professor Vincent Pettigrove. Jackie’s background is as an Aquatic Ecotoxicologist with over 17 years’ experience in this field. With research interests focused around marine and freshwater ecotoxicology, particularly on understanding how human-induced stressors affect flora and fauna in aquatic environments Jackie is managing the AQUEST program assessing the benefits of SFM to the Campaspe River. The co-authors Vincent, Claudette and Warish provide the scientific backgrounds across freshwater ecology, toxicology and chemistry required to undertake this multidisciplinary program.
